If you are not satisfied with your pen for any reason, return it in saleable condition within 30 days for a complete refund. 

In addition, all of my pens are guaranteed to function properly for the lifetime of the pen. If your pen ceases to function well, I will fix or replace it at no charge. This does not include ink refills.  See the repair page for information about possible problems and how to fix them.
